Kota Kinabalu is the capital of the state of Sabah in the eastern part of Malaysia, characterized by the beauty of its people and its beautiful beaches and diverse forests. Sabah State museum
Museum was established early in 1965 in the street Gaya Gaya Street in Kota Kinabalu Kota Kinabalu, the state capital.
The nucleus of the museum was George Cathcart and George Cathcart Woolley’s photographs, diaries and other artifacts left to the Sabah government to be displayed in the museum.
The museum moved to its present location in 1984 in Bukit Istana Lama, an area of 17 hectares.
The complex is not only a museum but also a science and technology center and an Anthonbatic parkA zoo and a heritage village.
It also has the main building is also an art gallery as well as exhibitions and other covering Islamic civilization , and archeology, history , ceramics and copper tools.

Mount Kinabalu is an interconnected series of granite mountain peaks that were later thrown up across the Earth’s crust. Mount Kinabalu is located in the Malaysian state with the Kinabalu Reserve in the National Park, It is a world heritage site and is the highest peak in Borneo Crocker Range, the highest mountain in the Malay archipelago. The summit can be easily climbed by a person in good physical condition and there is no need for mountaineering equipment at any point on the main road.
Kinabalu Park, an entrance to Mount Kinabalu, is 1.585 meters above sea level and is the starting point for the passage to the top of this mountain. The area of this park is 754 square kilometers and is spread over Mount Kinabalu, Mount Tambayocon and the slopes of the mountains.
